Every face holds a frequency.
I photograph the one that stays.

Nomè SiDone — Presence Architect

Nomè SiDone  —  Presence Architect

"I photograph the frequency you carry.
I coach you to carry it on purpose."

I photograph people the way I wish I'd been seen — with time, intention, and a refusal to look away.

The dominant color is never obvious. It's the amber that lives in shadow. The quality of light that only appears once in an afternoon. The expression someone makes when they forget the camera exists.

Trained at the Yale School of Drama (MFA), I work at the intersection of presence, language, and performance. I train actors for the highest-level conservatory auditions in the country — and for screen, television, and film. I train executives and leaders to communicate with the kind of authority that doesn't ask permission.

Based in New York City. Available for portrait sessions, acting coaching, and speech & presence work.

In Their Words

What it feels like
to be seen

Super casual and super exacting at the same time. Anytime you work with Nomè you get the feeling you're working with a friend who takes quality seriously. There are no half measures with him.

Yao

Photographer / Client

Outcome: Produced professional portraits with confidence and clarity through a process that balanced casualness with exacting standards

Timeline: Single session engagement

Working with Nomè is an experience rooted in safety and care. He takes the time to bring to light what you may not even know is there. As a dark-skinned woman in the performance industry, I've often felt pressure to fix or hide parts of myself. But in front of Nomè's camera, all of that disappears. I've never felt more beautiful.

Abigail

Performer / Client

Outcome: Achieved a profound sense of safety and self-affirmation, discovering confidence in her appearance and identity as a dark-skinned woman in performance

Timeline: Single session engagement

With Nomè, I felt at ease. I felt seen and affirmed, like I could show my true self. And Nomè guided me to this place of openness with his words, but also with his exuberant presence, and his ability to be exactly who he is — which was deeply infectious.

Sam

Creative Professional / Client

Outcome: Found ease and authenticity in front of the camera, experienced presence amplification through an environment of genuine human connection

Timeline: Single session engagement

As someone who often feels uncomfortable in front of the camera, I appreciated Nomè's style of encouragement that invites both play and precision. I was able to find ease in my body in a way that often feels inaccessible and I feel my presence magnified in the photos he captured. I'm so happy with the experience and the result and look forward to working with him again!

Tyler C.

Professional / Photography Client

Outcome: Overcame camera discomfort by finding balance between play and precision, experiencing magnified presence in final photographs

Timeline: Single session engagement

Leadership Presence Coaching

Most presence training
teaches you to disappear.
We teach you to arrive.

Every major presence firm runs the same play: soften the accent, smooth the edges, neutralize the thing about you that makes a room stop. They call it polish. We call it what it is — erasure.

The Dominant Frequency — our proprietary coaching method — is built on an opposing premise. Your distinctiveness isn't the obstacle to your authority. It is the source of it. Drawing on conservatory performance training at the Yale School of Drama, linguistics, and dialect work with one of the foremost coaches in the United States, Nomè works with executives and leaders who are done performing a version of themselves designed for someone else's comfort.

Respect is not granted through erasure.
Authority emerges from congruence.

We refine clarity, power, and command while keeping your accent, your rhythm, and your self intact.

Available one-on-one in New York City and virtually, worldwide.

Acting Coaching

The training that takes you
all the way in

Drawing on an MFA from the Yale School of Drama and years of professional performance work, Nomè coaches actors one-on-one through BFA and MFA conservatory auditions, screen and television auditions, and self-tape preparation — the moments that demand you arrive already knowing who you are.

This isn't technique for technique's sake. It's presence work. Text work. The inner life made visible. Students have earned acceptances at the most competitive programs in the country and across the Atlantic.

What clients say

As I prepared for a high-stakes presentation, I usually focused on not making mistakes instead of confidently leading. With Nomè's guidance and help refining my message, I showed up with clarity and assurance. The difference was clear in how colleagues engaged, and it changed how I see my voice and influence at work.

Magdalene B.

CEO, MooMoo Financial Services

Outcome: Shifted from defensive presentation mindset (avoiding mistakes) to confident leadership presence; colleagues responded with increased engagement and respect

Timeline: 1-2 sessions, results visible immediately in subsequent presentation

CEO, MooMoo Financial Services

I was preparing for a high-visibility presentation and normally would've focused more on not messing up than actually leading the room. Working with Nomè helped me refine my message and step into the moment with confidence instead of hesitation. The way people engaged with me afterward was different — and it changed how I see my voice in professional spaces.

Tuoyo O.

IT Professional, JPMorgan

Outcome: Transformed from hesitant presenter to confident communicator; refined message delivery and moved from anxiety to presence; colleagues responded differently post-coaching

Timeline: 1-2 sessions, immediate impact on next high-visibility presentation

IT Department · JP Morgan

Before working with Nomè, I would hesitate in meetings and rush through presentations because I wasn't confident in my voice. Nomè helped me speak with real conviction and read my audience so they were actually taking value from what I shared. I stopped trying to just get through it. I started owning the room.

Woli O.

Recent College Graduate

Outcome: Built conviction in voice and audience reading ability; moved from rushing through presentations to owning the room; stakeholders began extracting real value from his contributions

Timeline: 1-2 sessions, observable shift in meeting and presentation performance

The Process

Three steps.
One shift.

01
The Frequency Audit

A 90-minute diagnostic. We assess your voice, your language, your physical presence — and deliver a precise read on exactly where your signal is landing and where it is leaking. The patterns we look for are specific: collapsed posture, breath constriction, pace, over-smiling. Not personality. Nervous-system adaptations — and they can be changed. You leave with a written audit, a custom warm-up, and a 7-day practice plan. This is a complete, standalone product. Clients who go further do so because the Audit showed them exactly what the Arc would address.

02
The Arc

Six sessions across eight to ten weeks. We move through the Dominant Frequency Method — instrument release, language architecture, command under pressure. The work is specific, documented, and built entirely around your instrument. Not a template. Not a one-size framework. Yours.

03
You Arrive

You walk into the room as yourself — not a managed version of yourself. Your accent intact. Your rhythm intact. Your signal clean. The authority you have always carried, no longer suppressed.
